ToneX ONE Amp KIT I

Our first release from a brand new series for amalgam audio is the ToneX ONE Amp KIT I. The set includes 20 meticulously captured Tone Models from 10 of the most coveted and iconic guitar amps ever built.

The set covers everything from spanky clean to chug-ready high-gain tones and all the glorious shades in between. With this set you can effortlessly cover any gig within any genre. Load your ToneX ONE pedal up with this set and you will instantly learn the full potential of the ToneX platform.

It covers not only the 4 main classic amp food groups, but the most important eras of MRSH, FNDR and VX amps, including their modern high end boutique heirs (TRCK, FMAN, MTCH).

Each amp is represented in this set by Tone Models that capture it in its comfort zone, carefully dialed into perfection – it’s the tones and settings that have carved the legendary status of each of these icons.

Bearing in mind the A/B capability of the ToneX ONE pedal, you have the option to switch between 2 captures of the same amp (all of them feature one cleaner and one gainier setting) or you can find your perfect match from all the 10 amps to go from rhythm to lead or any other 2 gain ranges you require for the gig.

The set consists of 20 presets of DI Tone Models and our custom IR’s that in combination give you plug and play capability and maximum flexibility, while delivering our state of the art approach to cabinet micing and the ToneX capture process.

Because DI Tone Models are at the core of this preset set, you can switch between the included cabs or any other cab you might want to use, without sacrificing authenticity and tone quality.

This is also perfectly suited for live use, where you might want to go into a power amp and just bypass the cab section, while retaining a pure and authentic amp tone.

Of course there is nothing that limits the use of this set just with the ToneX ONE pedal – it will serve you as a great entry to the amalgam catalog on the ToneX plugin or the standard ToneX pedal.

The 10 IR’s are included in the presets and can be used within the ToneX eco-system, but they are not delivered as separate files.
