The Best Worship Amp Capture I’ve Ever Played

I was genuinely surprised by the immediacy and responsiveness of this capture. From the very first pick attack, the sound felt inspiring in a way I had never experienced before. It has a beautiful bell-like, crystal-clear transparency, and a smooth, sparkling quality that almost feels like drops of water. Even more impressive, it works beautifully with every pedal I own. As someone who plays guitar for worship in church, I honestly feel that it would be very difficult to find a better amp capture than this.

The ultimate clean Strat tone maker

It nails every clean heaven tone you'd imagine. From Mayer to Knopfler to Rory Gallagher... It loves Strats, it loves OD pedals. I can't understand, just played the first 2 Dire Straits albums top to bottom, no pedals and it was perfection.

This is one of the greatest clean tones. The most clear articulate clean tone ever. Far beyond Fender. An absolute (core) must have. Takes pedals very well. A little reverb, a little delay, maybe a little modulation ?? Just incredible. AMALGAM =)

Wow!

I've loved Amalgams free profiles, but took a chance on a first purchase. I am beyond impressed with the quality. Brought whole new life to my Tonex rig. Cleans - Great Edge - Fantastic Drive - More than fantastic I play mainly blues infused jazz rock. Perfect captures for my style. Wow guys! Just Wow!

Really nice - Easy to parse with lots of options

Great captures. I don't think there's a capture I don't like from this pack, I use all of them. They respond like you would expect an amp to, and through the right speaker, the in-the-room sound and feel is awesome. The warm and bright DIs are both really well done. I've found those often don't stack up to the BAL DIs but here they are excellent and I find myself using all three quite often. The broken up sounds and crunch sounds are also great. All of them take drives and anything you can throw at them, but I find myself pretty much using them alone for the most part. Just great overall.

Amazing Cleans

This is my go to Amp for my live performances. Super detailed and touch sensitive captures, both the cleans and the edge of breakup ones using de FET input. Strats, 335, Teles and Les Pauls.... this beast takes it all with glorious sounds and still keeps the vintage tones!

Killer Dumble Sound

I'm just in love with these captures. They're incredible! I play primarily country music and was searching for my own sound, something different from the typical Fender tones. These captures absolutely blew me away. Great job! I'm now a permanent customer.

I wanted to buy all of the Tonex captures.

The TRCK SSS Tonex Essential captures are OK, but nothing compares to my Kemper Stage with a PRS Custom 24 guitar. I purchased all of Bert Meulendijk's Kemper profiles. These are very, very good. I have trouble trying to get the same quality tones from the Tonex pedal. I've spent lots of hours trying to tweak the settings. I'm on the fence whether to keep the Tonex pedal or sell it.

TRCK SSS Quad Cortex

I ordered the TRCK SSS Essentials for Quad Cortex and was in my cloud account within 10mins. Great service. As for the tones! hands down the best clean sounds I have gotten out of the QC without endless amounts of tweaking. Running a dual amp split TRCK Clean/Edge both SCP. Gives a great JM styles sound with a bit reverb to your taste. Great work Amalgam. Will try out the crunch captures if I can ever get away from these clean tones!

Amazing

Great tones from this one. Put a smile on my face when I loaded it up the first time paired with my Stratocaster. Beautiful clean tones, and also comes with a preset included a Tubescreamer that sounds amazing. Highly recommended.

Get this.

It just feels like cheating at this point. Being able to have amazing sounding amps at your fingertips for a few bucks is a great position to be in. Lost 2 hours today because I couldn't stop playing these captures. The cleans with this amp are phenomenal. The breakup on it is also phenomenal. It has an extremely smooth transition into a smoother breakup that I just can't get enough of. It sings. Having a bunch of tonal options (warm, bright, balanced, thin etc...) is awesome since I have many guitars and there may be captures better suited to different guitars. I definitely recommend this one.
